Snake Oil? Scientific evidence for health supplements
This infographic from Information is Beautiful shows the relative strength of scientific evidence supporting (or debunking) the benefits of various popular dietary supplements. It is very specific. There are some supplements that have very strong evidence, but their benefits are more limited than you’d expect.
Even if all the stats in the infographic are bogus, it’s one of the best designed pages I’ve seen on the web.
